Villas

Ratua Private Island is normally hired privately; however, “Experience Weeks” are offered quarterly so the island is accessible for couples or small groups to hire individual villas from 3 to 7 nights. The Island’s facilities will then be shared among the guests.


The all-inclusive “Experience Week” rates are:
Villas: 130 000 VT per night double occupancy or 104 000 VT
per night single occupancy
Master Villas: 260 000 VT per night for up to 4 guests or 208 000 VT
per night double occupancy
Fish Village: 653 000 VT per night for up to 10 guests or 431 000 VT
per night for up to 6 guests
Children: Under 4 free of charge, 4 to 12 half price of villa, over 12
